Spectators: 7075 (Terracing: 5339, Seating: 1636, VIP seats: 100) Perdriel's Tobias Itzaina started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Perdriel defense, Aurelio Salvator kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Americo Pepillo. The Perdriel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Americo Pepillo should have stopped the shot. In the 7th minute Tobias Itzaina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Gorosti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Americo Pepillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Leocadio in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute Lisandro Mundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Gorosti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Perdriel booed when Tareirí was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusébio da Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Perdriel's Americo Pepillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Salvator in the 15th minute of play. Tareirí's Cipriano Ederono got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aurelio Salvator sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cipriano Ederono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Americo Pepillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Tareirí's Edgard Laurendi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Americo Pepillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Evaristo Refugio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 33 minutes, Lisandro Mundo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perdriel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lisandro Mundo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eusébio da Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Americo Pepillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cipriano Ederono might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Americo Pepillo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cipriano Ederono ran back to his position shaking his head. Americo Pepillo was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Alejo Gaztea capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alejo Gaztea really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Tareirí's Alejo Gaztea got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, Edgard Laurendi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Americo Pepillo, 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aurelio Salvator was the one to do the kick off. Americo Pepillo came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Tareirí's Edgard Laurendi. But to his dismay, Edgard Laurendi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Americo Pepillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Refugio, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Edgard Laurendi scored 6-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Americo Pepillo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 68 minutes into the game, Tareirí's Aurelio Salvator nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Americo Pepillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Aurelio Salvator fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Americo Pepillo having to interfere. Americo Pepillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Cresitobalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Tareirí's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aurelio Salvator in the 74th minute. After taking down the ball on Tareirí's corner Aurelio Salvator fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Americo Pepillo quite easily take care of the ball. In the 76th minute, Pascual Leocadio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Tareirí's Pascual Leocadio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Americo Pepillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 80th match minute, Perdriel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Mundo to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 82 minutes, Eusébio da Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tareirí's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusébio da Rocha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Americo Pepillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alejo Gaztea's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Americo Pepillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Leocadio in the 90th minute of play. Lisandro Mundo kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Perdriel fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! Alejo Gaztea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
