Spectators: 5601 (Terracing: 4100, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Waldir Ulloa got the match started through his kick off. When Fernan Emenon came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the ARA SAN JUAN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernan Emenon couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in BUENOS AIRES F.C.'s zone, Bobby Sall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Hondo came out of the goal and Bobby Sall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 11 played minutes BUENOS AIRES F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Mannuel. BUENOS AIRES F.C.'s Arnaldo Hondo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save BUENOS AIRES F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 15th match minute, ARA SAN JUAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Inge to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to ARA SAN JUAN getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Jimeno Millano hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Aldo Atauri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saturnino Argenis got free with Arnaldo Hondo in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 32 minutes into the match, BUENOS AIRES F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Saturnino Argenis came free, but Arnaldo Hondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcial Gaitan came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by BUENOS AIRES F.C.'s Waldir Ulloa. But to his dismay, Waldir Ulloa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ciriaco Umbruso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 38 played minutes ARA SAN JUAN got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Inge. In the 40th match minute, ARA SAN JUAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodio Molina to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saturnino Argenis to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, BUENOS AIRES F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Indalecio to maneuver through the defense. When Silvio Orlandus fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BUENOS AIRES F.C.'s protests and gave Silvio Orlandus a yellow card for diving instead. When Saturnino Argenis came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the ARA SAN JUAN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saturnino Argenis couldn't finish the play. After having played for 59 minutes, Saturnino Argenis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ARA SAN JUAN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saturnino Argenis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aldo Atauri kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 64th match minute, BUENOS AIRES F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldir Ulloa to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Saturnino Argenis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnaldo Hondo was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Argenis in the 73rd minute of play forced BUENOS AIRES F.C.'s goalkeeper Arnaldo Hondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78thth minute of the game Saturnino Argenis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BUENOS AIRES F.C.'s Arnaldo Hondo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bonifacio Roderigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bobby Sall took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnaldo Hondo. Arnaldo Hondo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. When ARA SAN JUAN's Saturnino Argenis in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BUENOS AIRES F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Arnaldo Hondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Fiz in the 92nd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, BUENOS AIRES F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Roderigo came free, but Arnaldo Hondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
