Arnaldo Toli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. If Silvestre Henric had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeremias Indar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Toli having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, Camilo Beltxe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventud Unida's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UNOS the free kick. Carmelo Bento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Franco having to interfere. If Feliciano Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Juventud Unida's Gilberto Franco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Gonzo in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, David Jaunzuria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute, Osvaldo Gonzo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UNOS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The Juventud Unida players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. UNOS were winning 1-3.

In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind UNOS's goalkeeper Arnaldo Toli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Osvaldo Gonzo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leon Pere kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Celso Florians short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Gilberto Franco to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match was over UNOS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Juventud Unida throughout the match.
