The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 51st match minute, Rivadavia AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Macerio to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Victor Havier made a precise shot to the right of Leonides Gasteiz. Rivadavia AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Dario Telmo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vértiz. 74 minutes into the game, Isaias Esdras recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Froilan Artaldo. Isaias Esdras showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Leonides Gasteiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Telmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st match minute, Rivadavia AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Bartolome to maneuver through the defense. Maximino Sindo kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Froilan Artaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Iban in the 90th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Froilan Artaldo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With 93 minutes on the clock, Evaristo Artaldo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card.
