Spectators: 7059 (Terracing: 5296, Seating: 1623, VIP seats: 140) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cirilo Lico kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute, Alberto Chap ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugo Söderström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Hugo Söderström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto Chap went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Alberto Chap fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Söderström having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Alberto Chap got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hugo Söderström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Claus in the 19th minute of play. Alberto Chap recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurelio Aureo's late challenge caught a Los Vikingos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aurelio Aureo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th match minute, Tanganika Escarlata F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Aureo to maneuver through the defense. After 41 played minutes, Los Vikingos FC's Silvio Jon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hugo Söderström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Vikingos FC reached it. In the 42nd minute Alberto Chap shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Söderström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erik Bure sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alberto Chap stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dario Estebe during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 61st minute, Erik Bure ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugo Söderström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Hernan Claus might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugo Söderström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hernan Claus ran back to his position shaking his head. Cirilo Lico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Silvio Jon hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 79thth minute of the game Alberto Chap who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tanganika Escarlata F.C.'s Hugo Söderström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Tanganika Escarlata F.C.'s Celedonio Guib got a free kick in the 80th minute. Hernan Claus struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Hugo Söderström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Vikingos FC. 83 minutes into the game, Erik Bure cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Hugo Söderström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Erik Bure came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Los Vikingos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik Bure couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute, Cirilo Lico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 97 minutes into the match, Los Vikingos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Maurino came free, but Joaquin Piorno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Vikingos FC played a much better game than Tanganika Escarlata F.C. and deserved their victory. The Tanganika Escarlata F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
