If Gilberto Nastasio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Guadajoa defense, Ceferino Osoitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilfredo Dabi. The Guadajoa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilfredo Dabi should have stopped the shot. Prudencio Lop made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Froilan Hats sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Guadajoa's zone, Feliberto Oriche stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilfredo Dabi came out of the goal and Feliberto Oriche tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Froilan Hats came free with the goalkeeper in the 34th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Prudencio Lop could save by the left post. If Froilan Hats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Cecilio Gutierrez notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Guadajoa's Wilfredo Dabi. Wilfredo Dabi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cecilio Gutierrez scored 0-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilfredo Dabi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Vecinos Unidos were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Froilan Hats stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wilfredo Dabi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cecilio Gutierrez in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to Guadajoa getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Andras Jacko hit a great ball. After having played for 56 minutes, Froilan Hats managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guadajoa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Froilan Hats was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guadajoa's Wilfredo Dabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Gutierrez in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Nastasio in the 59th minute of play forced Vecinos Unidos's goalkeeper Prudencio Lop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Froilan Hats kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Guadajoa's Wilfredo Dabi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Guadajoa from getting a goal against them. Guadajoa's Wilfredo Dabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Gutierrez in the 70th minute of play. If Froilan Hats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enzo Henzmann charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enzo Henzmann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 92 played minutes Guadajoa got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Henzmann. Guadajoa's Wilfredo Dabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceferino Osoitz in the 94th minute of play. Vecinos Unidos's Cecilio Gutierrez was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 95th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The Vecinos Unidos players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
