Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dario Gabrio made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Rodriguez AFC's Dario Gabrio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adriana Salomone. Adriana Salomone yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Adriana Salomone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aristides Cordarrel in the 6th minute. A collision led to Rodriguez AFC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Aristides Ihintza hit a great ball. In the 8th minute of the match Cristian Terciero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnoldo Ponc skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Rodriguez AFC's Justino Tristan got a free kick in the 9th minute. Filomeno Pepillo took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnoldo Ponc. Arnoldo Ponc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After having played for 15 minutes, Filomeno Pepillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palmita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filomeno Pepillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17thth minute of the game Filomeno Pepillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rodriguez AFC's Arnoldo Ponc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th minute, Basilio Artaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnoldo Ponc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Paublo in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Palmita's Filomeno Pepillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnoldo Ponc made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Basilio Artaldo took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnoldo Ponc. Arnoldo Ponc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 29th minute of the match, Dario Gabrio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Adriana Salomone saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Filomeno Pepillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aristides Cordarrel kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Palmita:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rodriguez AFC:s goal. Adriana Salomone had in the 39thth minute some difficulties stopping Rafael Lehior's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Teo Jago cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Arnoldo Ponc was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Primitivo Paublo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Palmita's Adriana Salomone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Casado in the 51st minute of play. After having played for 52 minutes, Primitivo Paublo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palmita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Primitivo Paublo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnoldo Ponc was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Basilio Artaldo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 53 minute of play. Primitivo Paublo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnoldo Ponc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. 62 minutes into the game, Cristian Terciero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palmita's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rodriguez AFC the free kick. Cristian Terciero kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Casado in the 64th minute of play forced Palmita's goalkeeper Adriana Salomone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rodriguez AFC's goalkeeper Arnoldo Ponc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Casado in the 78th minute of play forced Palmita's goalkeeper Adriana Salomone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80 played minutes Palmita got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Terciero. 81 minutes into the match, Rodriguez AFC's Rafael Lehior sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adriana Salomone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Dario Gabrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adriana Salomone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Cordarrel in the 84th minute of play. Arnoldo Ponc came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Palmita's Emiliano Pello. But to his dismay, Emiliano Pello quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-6. After 91 minutes, Cristian Casado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rodriguez AFC and the Palmita players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rodriguez AFC's Cristian Casado got a free kick in the 91st minute. The Rodriguez AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Palmita's performance. The match ended with a win for Palmita.
