Cipriano Bermudez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Lucas Fonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of RIver Plate booed when Tartagal por Siempre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Odilon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tartagal por Siempre's Mateo Abecia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Tartagal por Siempre from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the match, Hipolito Rufo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mateo Abecia, 1-0. In the 18th minute Enrique Mano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Abecia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Marcial Lertxun notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Tartagal por Siempre's Mateo Abecia. Mateo Abecia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Enrique Ulizes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Fonso having to interfere. Cipriano Bermudez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tartagal por Siempre's Mateo Abecia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Tartagal por Siempre from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd minute Enrique Ulizes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Fonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrique Mano made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in RIver Plate's zone, Enrique Ulizes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Fonso came out of the goal and Enrique Ulizes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mateo Abecia came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by RIver Plate's Enrique Mano. But to his dismay, Enrique Mano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Ivan Arlo kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Tartagal por Siempre's Mateo Abecia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Rufo in the 72nd minute of play. Hipolito Rufo took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateo Abecia. Mateo Abecia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. 81 minutes into the match, Tartagal por Siempre's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Mano came free, but Mateo Abecia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, RIver Plate's goalkeeper Lucas Fonso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Ulizes. After a rather tough play, RIver Plate's Ivan Arlo got a free kick in the 86th minute. If Cipriano Bermudez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the match, Tartagal por Siempre's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Lertxun came free, but Mateo Abecia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
