Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lucas Goren kicked off to start the match. Ataliva FC's Mario Gasteiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Ataliva FC from getting a goal against them. Teodosio Corderall's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mario Gasteiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matias Baumer got free with Mario Gasteiz in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gaudencio Gombal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mario Gasteiz made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Matias Baumer sent off a good shot on target. When Cardozo's Matias Baumer in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ataliva FC's goalie prevented a goal. 26 minutes into the game, Rafael Nayely was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ataliva FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cardozo the free kick. The supporters of Cardozo booed when Ataliva FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Nayely didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Ataliva FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Corderall came free, but Mario Gasteiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29thth minute of the game Lucas Goren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cardozo's Isaac Blai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mario Gasteiz made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Matias Baumer sent off a good shot on target. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ataliva FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 35th minute. Penalty! Matias Baumer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mario Gasteiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. With his leg Mario Gasteiz managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Cardozo's Matias Baumer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teodosio Corderall was the one to do the kick off. Ataliva FC's Mario Gasteiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Corderall in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd minute, Matias Baumer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Teodosio Corderall's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mario Gasteiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Teodosio Corderall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Gasteiz having to interfere. After recieving a nice pass, Ataliva FC's Iker Cuartio tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Cardozo's Matias Baumer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mario Gasteiz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Teodosio Corderall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matias Baumer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matias Baumer in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mario Gasteiz saved Ataliva FC from getting behind. In the 90th minute Teodosio Corderall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Gasteiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mario Gasteiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodosio Corderall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, Ataliva FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Corderall came free, but Mario Gasteiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 96 played minutes Ataliva FC got a freekick which was hit by Iker Cuartio. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cardozo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ataliva FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
