In the 13th minute Baldomero Acuña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Désiré Baylet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, C. A. SABALEROS's Lucas Tiniebra got a free kick in the 18th minute. Désiré Baylet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruperto Leocadio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucas Tiniebra kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After 22 minutes of play, rabona's Ruperto Leocadio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Désiré Baylet was left in no man's land by his defense there! 29 minutes into the match, C. A. SABALEROS's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Acuña came free, but Désiré Baylet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Lucas Tiniebra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Apolo Toribio took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Désiré Baylet. Désiré Baylet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The supporters of C. A. SABALEROS booed when rabona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Unai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucas Tiniebra in the 45thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ramiro Rik, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 46 minutes rabona's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Maximino Confesor who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Maximino Confesor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ramiro Rik quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Angelino Erasto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Rik having to interfere. After the first half rabona were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

C. A. SABALEROS's Désiré Baylet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Leocadio in the 56th minute of play. Désiré Baylet came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by rabona's Ruperto Leocadio. But to his dismay, Ruperto Leocadio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 63rd minute, Baldomero Acuña reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Désiré Baylet. The goal made the score 0-5. 69 minutes into the game, Lucas Tiniebra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C. A. SABALEROS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave rabona the free kick. Lucas Tiniebra struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Ramiro Rik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. A. SABALEROS. Désiré Baylet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Leocadio, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. When Angelino Erasto fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C. A. SABALEROS's protests and gave Angelino Erasto a yellow card for diving instead. Angelino Erasto kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Désiré Baylet was a little too slow when Rosendo Confesor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 0-6. Jonas Unai hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the match, C. A. SABALEROS's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Confesor came free, but Désiré Baylet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Désiré Baylet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruperto Leocadio in the 90th minute. In the 95th minute Lucas Tiniebra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Rik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. rabona's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
