The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. VIOLETA's Claudio Gutxi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Taurino in the 8th minute of play. The supporters of A darle átomos booed when VIOLETA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Distiratsu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, VIOLETA's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Bras came free, but Claudio Gutxi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 played minutes VIOLETA got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Berbiz. In the 21st minute, Aquilino Taurino made a precise shot to the right of Claudio Gutxi. VIOLETA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 29th minute, Aquilino Taurino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. VIOLETA's Emanuel Cordaryal quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Alejandro Tabor acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 40th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Emanuel Cordaryal. Aquilino Taurino kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Ignacio Faron made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Felix Abalos notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of A darle átomos's Alejandro Tabor. Alejandro Tabor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lucas Montay hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Claudio Gutxi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Faron in the 57th minute of play. Claudio Gutxi was a little too slow when Aquilino Taurino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 1-2. In the 64th minute Ignacio Faron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Gutxi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudio Gutxi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Taurino in the 68th minute of the match. Alejandro Tabor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Abalos, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Claudio Gutxi was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Ignacio Faron capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ignacio Faron really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. A collision led to VIOLETA getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Lucas Montay hit a great ball. Claudio Gutxi made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Aquilino Taurino sent off a good shot on target. Claudio Gutxi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Cesaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudio Gutxi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aquilino Taurino went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Claudio Gutxi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aquilino Taurino in the 89th minute. If Ignacio Faron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over A darle átomos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than VIOLETA throughout the match.
