The Tipán FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horacio Guifre should have stopped the shot. Angelo Gilen came free with the goalkeeper in the 20th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Horacio Guifre could save by the left post. Thanks to some nice moves Angelo Gilen could shoot a difficult shot in the 23rd minute, which Horacio Guifre however easily saved by the left post. After 27 minutes, Cornelio Rufio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Victoria and the Tipán FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 27 played minutes Victoria got a freekick which was hit by Cornelio Rufio. Tipán FC's Vicente Natal got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Horacio Guifre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornelio Rufio in the 42nd minute of the match. Vicente Natal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Gilen in the 57th minute of play forced Tipán FC's goalkeeper Horacio Guifre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornelio Rufio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Guifre having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 69 minutes into the game, when Arnulfo Cordeara put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of Victoria:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tipán FC:s goal. A collision led to Tipán FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Edgardo Inguma hit a great ball. Victoria's Gaudencio Baristo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 78th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tipán FC. Angelo Gilen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Horacio Guifre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Gilen in the 85th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Angelo Gilen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Guifre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Adrian Cresitobalo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tipán FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrian Cresitobalo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Mingo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Angelo Gilen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 97 minutes, Vicente Natal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tipán FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vicente Natal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Victoria had won after a very even match.
