Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rigoberto Quentin started the match with the kick off. In the 6th match minute, El Pimentero Junior was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Basualdo to maneuver through the defense. Benito Ishmael's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximo Mingo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. In the 18th minute Benito Ishmael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Mingo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Quentin came free, but Maximo Mingo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximo Mingo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Quentin in the 24th minute of the match. Maximo Mingo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Quentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rigoberto Quentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Honorio Inautzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximo Mingo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rigoberto Quentin's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After 34 minutes Victoria's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vicente Segio who took care of the corner kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Gilen got free with Nicolas de Lara in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute, Rigoberto Quentin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Pimentero Junior fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 46th minute Benito Ishmael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Mingo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Cornelio Rufio made the kick off in the second half. Victoria's Maximo Mingo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Victoria from getting a goal against them. 53 minutes into the match, Victoria's goalkeeper Maximo Mingo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benito Ishmael. In the 56th minute Rigoberto Quentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Mingo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximo Mingo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Quentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to El Pimentero Junior getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Enrique Basualdo hit a great ball. Benito Ishmael who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Maximo Mingo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Nicolas de Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Rufio, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benito Ishmael in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximo Mingo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 69 played minutes Victoria got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Bento. After having played for 71 minutes, Benito Ishmael managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Pimentero Junior's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benito Ishmael was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rigoberto Quentin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Maximo Mingo 84 minutes into the match. Benito Ishmaels short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Maximo Mingo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cornelio Rufio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Nico Castillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Victoria fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. El Pimentero Junior were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
