Oscar Santana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Chago having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Oscar Santana took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Casimiro Chago to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, La Banda de San Justo's Oscar Santana got a free kick in the 35th minute. Oscar Santana received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Casimiro Chago came out and tried to block the shot, but Oscar Santana slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 37th minute. Hernan Eutropio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Satordi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hernan Eutropio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Gonsalvo in the 42nd minute of play. Hernan Eutropio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Gonsalvo in the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 52nd minute, Israel Nesto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oscar Santana in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casimiro Chago saved Papagallos AFC from getting behind. Oscar Santana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Casimiro Chago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Humberto Dubardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Pablo Gonsalvo fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Papagallos AFC's protests and gave Pablo Gonsalvo a yellow card for diving instead. La Banda de San Justo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Romeo Idacio in the 71st minute. A nice corner shot did that Romeo Idacio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Casimiro Chago quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Oscar Santana managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Banda de San Justo's supporters rose to their feet, but Oscar Santana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casimiro Chago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Przemyslaw Percha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
