Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Anastasio Matai made the kick off which started today's match. Jeremias Harri ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 20th minute, Eugenio Bilintx got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Remedios booed when Salta La Banca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Vellito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anastasio Matai made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 29thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Robustiano Fanuco would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After 31 played minutes Remedios got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Montrelle. In the 32nd minute of the match Jeremias Harri shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Octavio Florian showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Remedios's Anier Oidor got a free kick in the 33rd minute. With his leg Robustiano Fanuco managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Remedios's Anastasio Matai fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 38th match minute, Salta La Banca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Eate to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the match, Remedios's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Venceslas came free, but Octavio Florian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anastasio Matai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Robustiano Fanuco made a huge save. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomás Urti ran back to his position shaking his head. If Tomás Urti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Salta La Banca fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Remedios a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Celso Isias, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Salta La Banca's Robustiano Fanuco. 1-2. Chants of Salta La Banca echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Remedios had held the ball for most of the match.
