Valentin Cesario's late challenge caught a Lastra FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentin Cesario helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Lastra FC booed when Casbas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Cesario didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute of the match Edgard Madureira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martin Dalmau skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Lastra FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Guaberto Jerold hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guaberto Jerold in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Dalmau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 24 minutes, Adriana Javiero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lastra FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adriana Javiero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the game, Guaberto Jerold cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Martin Dalmau was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Martin Dalmau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriana Javiero, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. A collision led to Lastra FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Pedro Erruki hit a great ball. In the 35th minute of the match Domingo Curcio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Miguel Chayo skillfully saved the ball. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Edgard Madureira made a great header on Lastra FC's corner, it was just that Casbas's Martin Dalmau managed to reach the ball for a save. With his leg Martin Dalmau managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Lastra FC's Guaberto Jerold fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Guaberto Jerold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Dalmau having to interfere. If Edgard Madureira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Casbas fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lastra FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
