During the 27th minute of the match Amador Ferrando completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Amador Ferrando a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 27th minute, Amador Ferrando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damian Favila during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, SHIRASTONES FC's Damian Favila got a free kick in the 30th minute. Jesus Danel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Txartiko in the 35th minute of the match. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mike Pagan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Fabian Txartiko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corrales AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabian Txartiko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesus Danel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
