Spectators: 6600 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) Artilleria Ligera's Moises Calvet started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gavino Tristan kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Humberto Gumaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Uturunco defense, Simon Eduino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Epifanio Sengrat. The Uturunco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Epifanio Sengrat should have stopped the shot. Epifanio Sengrat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Calvet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Uturunco's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Urdaspal came free, but Epifanio Sengrat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Eduino took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Epifanio Sengrat. Epifanio Sengrat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Uturunco's Epifanio Sengrat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Calvet in the 21st minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Artilleria Ligera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Eduino to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute of the game, Segundo Urdaspal landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Luizão Nunes fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uturunco's protests and gave Luizão Nunes a yellow card for diving instead. Artilleria Ligera made a substitution. Modesto Refugio replaced Segundo Urdaspal. After a rather tough play, Uturunco's Luizão Nunes got a free kick in the 34th minute. Epifanio Sengrat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Kaiet in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Calvet in the 40th minute of play forced Uturunco's goalkeeper Epifanio Sengrat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Epifanio Sengrat came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Artilleria Ligera's Modesto Refugio. But to his dismay, Modesto Refugio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Desiderio Valerios short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Tiburcio Paul to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teo Soin to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Moises Calvet took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Epifanio Sengrat to make any attempt to save it. Armando Kaiet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Sengrat having to interfere. Armando Kaiet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Epifanio Sengrat made a huge save. If Modesto Refugio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Epifanio Sengrat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Refugio in the 69th minute of the match. Epifanio Sengrat was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Modesto Refugio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 74 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armando Kaiet got free with Epifanio Sengrat in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luizão Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Epifanio Sengrat acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 83rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Humberto Gumaro. When Nereo Rodriguez came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Uturunco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nereo Rodriguez couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uturunco's goalkeeper Epifanio Sengrat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 96th minute Simon Eduino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Sengrat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artilleria Ligera's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
