Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Andres Modestio got the match started through his kick off. Nereo Iigo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leandro Nafarroa having to make a save. 5 minutes into the match, Andres Modestio notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Desaguaredo's Leandro Nafarroa. Leandro Nafarroa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Nereo Iigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 10 played minutes Once Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Iigo. Andres Modestio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leandro Nafarroa having to make a save. Arnoldo Muc hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute, Nereo Iigo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roman Mirande could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Victor Garaona made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Once Unidos's Ladislao Pierres got a free kick in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Iigo in the 30th minute of play forced Desaguaredo's goalkeeper Leandro Nafarroa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mario Arixo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Andres Modestio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leandro Nafarroa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 44 minutes into the match, Andres Modestio notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Desaguaredo's Leandro Nafarroa. Leandro Nafarroa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Once Unidos were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roman Mirande to make the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Roman Mirande managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Desaguaredo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roman Mirande was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leandro Nafarroa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Modestio in the 56th minute of play. Once Unidos's Andres Modestio was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 58th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Leandro Nafarroa made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Nereo Iigo sent off a good shot on target. In the 66th minute, Bonifacio Lope hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ernesto Bartolome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 73 minutes, Roman Mirande managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Desaguaredo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roman Mirande was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ernesto Bartolome received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Victor Garaona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th match minute, Once Unidos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Pierres to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 79 minutes, Roman Mirande managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Desaguaredo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roman Mirande was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Roman Mirande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nereo Iigo took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leandro Nafarroa. Leandro Nafarroa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Leandro Nafarroa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andres Modestio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Andres Modestio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Leandro Nafarroa, passed just outside the right post. Leandro Nafarroa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nereo Iigo in the 91st minute. Amancio Rodriguez's shot from long distance in the 94th minute was not bad at all, but Desaguaredo's Leandro Nafarroa knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Andres Modestio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Nafarroa having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Once Unidos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
