The audience thought a goal was coming when Andres Marko got free with Cayetano Adrio in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Humberto Cordarell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 11th minute, 狄迪震 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palomitas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, 狄迪震 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palomitas's supporters rose to their feet, but 狄迪震 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osvaldo Jaen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 19 minutes into the game, Thor Skeide cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Osvaldo Jaen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Apolo Ignado fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chuby Juniors's protests and gave Apolo Ignado a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd match minute, Chuby Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Ignado to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Chuby Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Thor Skeide came free, but Osvaldo Jaen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osvaldo Jaen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thor Skeide, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of Chuby Juniors:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Palomitas:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thor Skeide in the 34th minute of play forced Chuby Juniors's goalkeeper Osvaldo Jaen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Chuby Juniors defense, Thor Skeide kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Osvaldo Jaen. The Chuby Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Osvaldo Jaen should have stopped the shot. After having played for 44 minutes, Thor Skeide managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palomitas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thor Skeide was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Osvaldo Jaen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 狄迪震 in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramiro Prejun to make the kick off. Teodosio Gartzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 66 minutes of play Chuby Juniors's Apolo Ignado was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. If 狄迪震 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 81 minutes of play, Palomitas's 狄迪震 made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osvaldo Jaen was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Chuby Juniors getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ramiro Prejun hit a great ball. If Thor Skeide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 狄迪震 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Palomitas left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chuby Juniors.
