Spectators: 7059 (Terracing: 5296, Seating: 1623, VIP seats: 140) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Javier Chuan started the match with the kick off. Hugo Confesor struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Jesus Rolado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bernal FC. In the 7th match minute, Tunas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Tab to maneuver through the defense. Narciso Figueroa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 9thth minute, Jesus Rolado skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Bernal FC booed when Tunas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Cilio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jesus Rolado was a little too slow when Narciso Figueroa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 2-0. Hugo Confesor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Narciso Figueroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Confesor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus Rolado having to interfere. Tunas's Jesus Rolado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Tunas from getting a goal against them. Hugo Confesor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jesus Rolado came out and tried to block the shot, but Hugo Confesor slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 38th minute. In the 42nd match minute, Tunas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Tab to maneuver through the defense. Jesus Rolado came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Bernal FC's Narciso Figueroa. But to his dismay, Narciso Figueroa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Narciso Figueroa to make the kick off. Tunas's Jesus Rolado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Figueroa in the 58th minute of play. Jesus Rolado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Confesor in the 60th minute of play. After 63 played minutes, Bernal FC's Ulises Playo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jesus Rolado came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bernal FC reached it. Jesus Rolado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Figueroa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Javier Chuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Senin having to interfere. A collision led to Tunas getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Robustiano Tab hit a great ball. In the 89th minute Hugo Confesor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Rolado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Javier Chuan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernal FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
