The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcos Figueroa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcos Figueroa couldn't finish the play. Chapulines's Santos Ferrando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Chapulines from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd match minute, Chapulines was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Atarratze to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Figueroa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santos Ferrando read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play.
