Santos Ferrando came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Barranqueras FC's Prospero Txartiko. But to his dismay, Prospero Txartiko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Emilio Cambranes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Ferrando having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Emiliano Pierres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barranqueras FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emiliano Pierres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santos Ferrando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Chapulines players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Barranqueras FC were winning 0-1.

Prospero Txartiko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Ferrando having to interfere. In the 58th minute of the match, Emiliano Pierres got a very nice opportunity to score, but Santos Ferrando was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Prospero Txartiko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mauro Gartzea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Lizar in the 61st minute of the match. Prospero Lizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Gartzea having to interfere. Santos Ferrando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Micael, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Tome in the 78th minute of play forced Barranqueras FC's goalkeeper Mauro Gartzea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chapulines's zone, Prospero Txartiko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santos Ferrando came out of the goal and Prospero Txartiko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute Prospero Lizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Gartzea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilio Cambranes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Chapulines's zone, Prospero Txartiko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santos Ferrando came out of the goal and Prospero Txartiko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 93 in the game by Prospero Txartiko from a close distance when the talented Santos Ferrando managed to make a qualified save. Chapulines's players were relieved. Barranqueras FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
