Miranda's Santos Columbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Lapurdi in the 6th minute of play. Rodolfo Viator could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Santos Columbo made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abel Lapurdi in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santos Columbo saved Miranda from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hannes Rühl during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Y ELLA booed when Miranda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hannes Rühl didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Miranda's goalkeeper Santos Columbo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abel Lapurdi. Leo Donzel hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 19 played minutes Y ELLA got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Viator. The supporters of Y ELLA booed when Miranda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Erramun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nedelcho Terezov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Charro, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. With an all-out effort, Y ELLA's Santos Columbo threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cornelio Arias, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 33 minutes into the match, Y ELLA's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Charro came free, but Nedelcho Terezov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodolfo Viator got free with Santos Columbo in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Santos Columbo made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Abel Lapurdi sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Rodolfo Viator made the kick off in the second half. Rodolfo Viator sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aurelio Flammini took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santos Columbo. Santos Columbo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Miranda's Santos Columbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Lapurdi in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Miranda's Guillermo Erramun got a free kick in the 59th minute. Aurelio Flammini's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Santos Columbo - 3-0 was put on the score board in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute Norberto Garaile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Columbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Columbo came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Y ELLA's Abel Lapurdi. But to his dismay, Abel Lapurdi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 67th minute Abel Lapurdi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Columbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vinicio Charro kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 77th match minute, Y ELLA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Emesto to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute of the match Felix Mateo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nedelcho Terezov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Santos Columbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Lapurdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After some careless play in the Miranda defense, Norberto Garaile kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santos Columbo. The Miranda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santos Columbo should have stopped the shot. Abel Lapurdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santos Columbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornelio Arias in the 87th minute of the match. Miranda's Santos Columbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Arias in the 93rd minute of play. Santos Columbo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Lapurdi in the 94th minute of play. Norberto Garaile blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santos Columbo having to make a save. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Y ELLA had played much better football throughout.
