Spectators: 7025 (Terracing: 5371, Seating: 1647, VIP seats: 7) Braulio Rubio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Braulio Rubio in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nedelcho Terezov saved Y ELLA from getting behind. Rafael Gelmiro came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Y ELLA's Abel Lapurdi. But to his dismay, Abel Lapurdi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Rigoberto Cidro hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. The supporters of Y ELLA booed when Club Atletico Juan XXIII was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Arotza didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Aurelio Flammini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rafael Gelmiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Garaile in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Cornelio Arias made a precise shot to the right of Rafael Gelmiro. Club Atletico Juan XXIII's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Rafael Gelmiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Viator in the 24th minute of play. After 25 minutes of play, Y ELLA's Abel Lapurdi made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafael Gelmiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Club Atletico Juan XXIII's Rafael Gelmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Arias in the 29th minute of play. Abel Lapurdi scored 0-5 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafael Gelmiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rafael Gelmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Viator in the 38th minute of the match. Rafael Gelmiro came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Y ELLA's Rodolfo Viator. But to his dismay, Rodolfo Viator quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodolfo Viator was the one to do the kick off. Rafael Gelmiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelio Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodolfo Viator sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Juan XXIII's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Garaile came free, but Rafael Gelmiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Club Atletico Juan XXIII getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Braulio Rubio hit a great ball. With a little luck, Club Atletico Juan XXIII's Rafael Gelmiro got control of the ball when Rodolfo Viator tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafael Gelmiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cornelio Arias went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Norberto Garaile could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Rafael Gelmiro made a huge save. Club Atletico Juan XXIII's Rafael Gelmiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Juan XXIII from getting a goal against them. After 74 played minutes Club Atletico Juan XXIII got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Ibar. Y ELLA's Rodolfo Viator got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Cornelio Arias dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rafael Gelmiro, 0-10. Rodolfo Viator fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Gelmiro having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Viator notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Club Atletico Juan XXIII's Rafael Gelmiro. Rafael Gelmiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Arias in the 89th minute of play forced Club Atletico Juan XXIII's goalkeeper Rafael Gelmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Gelmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Charro, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Rodolfo Viator sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the match, Igor Mlekodaj notched a goal, 0-12, to the right of Club Atletico Juan XXIII's Rafael Gelmiro. Rafael Gelmiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Y ELLA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
