Aintza Crespo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Ugaitz having to interfere. Raimundo Ugaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Mendebal in the 18th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aintza Crespo in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raimundo Ugaitz saved Salazar from getting behind. Salazar's Raimundo Ugaitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Salazar from getting a goal against them. When Angel Mendebal came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Fölktergeist fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angel Mendebal couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aintza Crespo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Raimundo Ugaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Mendebal in the 59th minute of the match. A collision led to Salazar getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Gualterio Urbez hit a great ball. Aintza Crespo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Raimundo Ugaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Nicasio Ostots had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raimundo Ugaitz. Salazar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicasio Ostots was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Aintza Crespo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Raimundo Ugaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anastasio Dolfo hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Raimundo Ugaitz came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Fölktergeist's Ambrosio Vito. But to his dismay, Ambrosio Vito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 82nd minute, Angel Mendebal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fölktergeist's Eduardo Lucian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafino Medina in the 83rd minute of play. Raimundo Ugaitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aintza Crespo, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 97thth minute of the game Aintza Crespo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salazar's Raimundo Ugaitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fölktergeist's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
