In the 3rd minute, Teo Dino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 4th minute, Jorge Olayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joaquin Montrel kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Klaus van den Eede suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. LakaDemia R.C.'s Silvestre Puig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Brion in the 16th minute of play. Dannes Cagide kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Gavino Galindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teo Dino in the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Jorge Olayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Dannes Cagide came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the LakaDemia R.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dannes Cagide couldn't finish the play. If Teo Dino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th match minute, Shaka F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Elixio to maneuver through the defense. Dannes Cagide's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gavino Galindo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredric Rosendahl in the 48th minute of play forced LakaDemia R.C.'s goalkeeper Silvestre Puig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

A collision led to Shaka F.C getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Amado Medina hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joaquin Montrel during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 67 played minutes LakaDemia R.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Gonsalve. In the 69th minute Nicasio Brion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Puig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dannes Cagide sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute, Epifanio Barrionuevo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, LakaDemia R.C.'s Oscar Gilesindo got a free kick in the 84th minute. After 85 played minutes Shaka F.C got a freekick which was hit by Amado Medina. In the 88th minute Jeronimo Elixio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Puig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dannes Cagide charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dannes Cagide the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Shaka F.C booed when LakaDemia R.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dannes Cagide didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shaka F.C's Nicasio Brion got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Shaka F.C players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
