Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Roberto Aragones made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Roberto Aragones managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tigre's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberto Aragones was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernan Fernanco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th minute, Ciro Tino made a precise shot to the right of Gilberto Atauri. Tigre's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Feliberto Vincent kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gilberto Atauri. That made the score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. In the 16th match minute, Tigre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Aragones to maneuver through the defense. Ciro Tino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Gilberto Atauri made a huge save. Gilberto Atauri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Vincent in the 21st minute of play. Tigre's Gilberto Atauri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Tigre from getting a goal against them. When Isaias Pacorro fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tigre's protests and gave Isaias Pacorro a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Tigre's Isaias Pacorro got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute of the match, Ciro Tino got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gilberto Atauri was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Gilberto Atauri made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Ciro Tino sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Tino got free with Gilberto Atauri in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Ciro Tino took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Gilberto Atauri to make any attempt to save it. Tigre's Gilberto Atauri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Christobal in the 34th minute of play. Gilberto Atauri was a little too slow when Ciro Tino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 4-0. Gilberto Atauri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciro Tino in the 38th minute. Tigre's Gilberto Atauri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Tigre from getting a goal against them. Gilberto Atauri made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Benito Cordeal sent off a good shot on target. Ciro Tino struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Gilberto Atauri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Candelaria FC. Ciro Tino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gilberto Atauri came out and tried to block the shot, but Ciro Tino slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

In the 55th minute, Feliberto Vincent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilberto Atauri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ciro Tino went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Ciro Tino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilberto Atauri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Cordeal in the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Armando Nesto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilberto Atauri was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Candelaria FC's Tobias Aureo was substituted for Armando Nesto. Candelaria FC's Alfonso Lixandro was substituted for Leonel Pacifico. Candelaria FC's Paulino Argi was substituted for Feliberto Vincent. Benito Cordeal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Horacio Christobal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gilberto Atauri. Tigre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Horacio Christobal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Paulino Argi scored 9-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilberto Atauri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fernan Fernanco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Aragones, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Candelaria FC's Horacio Christobal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilberto Atauri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benjamin Martino lost his temper 94 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Benito Cordeal walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Gilberto Atauri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Tino, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. When the referee ended the match the Candelaria FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
