Spectators: 6649 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1649, VIP seats: 0) Fabian Kornasiewicz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the game, Melquiades Mincho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ciriaco Balasi. Melquiades Mincho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Fabian Kornasiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Teo Orlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angelo Mogel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Ciriaco Balasi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Ciriaco Balasi managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Rodio's Angelo Mogel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Rodio's Godfredo Cresconio got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute of the match Tiago Messi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Gervaso skillfully saved the ball. Fabian Kornasiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Gervaso having to interfere. In the 25th minute Fabian Kornasiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Gervaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabian Kornasiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Daniel Gervaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Gervaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Kornasiewicz in the 29th minute of the match. Angelo Mogels short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Ciriaco Balasi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 35th minute, Teo Orlo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th match minute, Rodio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melquiades Mincho to maneuver through the defense. Rodio's Daniel Gervaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Kornasiewicz in the 40th minute of play. After some careless play in the Rodio defense, Fabian Kornasiewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Gervaso. The Rodio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Gervaso should have stopped the shot. 47 minutes into the match, Victoria F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Mincho came free, but Ciriaco Balasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Ciriaco Balasi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Mogel, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Ciriaco Balasi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Mincho in the 53rd minute of play. If Nicanor Eyague had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciriaco Balasi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Mogel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reynaldo Sauveur kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After having played for 64 minutes, Angelo Mogel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rodio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Mogel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Melquiades Mincho hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Sauveur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Victoria F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rodio the free kick. After 79 played minutes Victoria F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Sauveur. When Angelo Mogel came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Rodio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Mogel couldn't finish the play. Angelo Mogel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodio's Angelo Mogel got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Despite being the better team, Victoria F.C. failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
