After 5 played minutes Majaditas FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Ezkerra. Martin Joanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Elazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Majaditas FC's goalkeeper Martin Joanes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luis Elazar hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Fermin Oso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Virgilio Matxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martin Joanes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Firmo in the 25th minute of play. Martin Joanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosendo Firmo in the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Tambillos were awarded a corner. Nereo Sazon went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Nereo Sazon got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Martin Joanes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 36th minute Rosendo Firmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Joanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes, David Kelemen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Majaditas FC and the Tambillos players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Tambillos booed when Majaditas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Kelemen didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Tambillos's Luis Elazar got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 52nd minute Luis Elazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Joanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tambillos's Jeronimo Urbez got a free kick in the 55th minute. Martin Joanes came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Tambillos's Luis Elazar. But to his dismay, Luis Elazar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Rosendo Firmo came free with the goalkeeper in the 65th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Martin Joanes could save by the left post. With a little luck, Majaditas FC's Martin Joanes got control of the ball when Rosendo Firmo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 69th minute Gogo Weterio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgilio Matxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 78 minutes, Gogo Weterio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Majaditas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gogo Weterio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute, Fabricio Calvet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rosendo Firmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Majaditas FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tambillos's performance. The match ended with a win for Tambillos.
