In the 29th minute of the match Agustin Aztore sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Artemio Loramendi skillfully saved the ball. Club Atletico Parkinson's Artemio Loramendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Tanio in the 31st minute of play. When Elpidio Blasco fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico Parkinson's protests and gave Elpidio Blasco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th minute, Fabio Tanio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Itacaruaré fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Fabio Tanio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Artemio Loramendi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Guifre made a kick off. Modesto Orlondon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Artemio Loramendi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Atletico Parkinson's Artemio Loramendi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Parkinson from getting a goal against them. After 55 minutes, Martin Quintun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Itacaruaré and the Club Atletico Parkinson players grew even worse after the yellow card. Itacaruaré's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Procopio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artemio Loramendi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Club Atletico Parkinson's Artemio Loramendi got control of the ball when Fabio Tanio tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Fabio Tanio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Inko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Blasco in the 81st minute of the match. Artemio Loramendi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabio Tanio in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute, Elpidio Blasco made a precise shot to the right of Antonio Inko. Itacaruaré's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-6. Freddy Procopio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Itacaruaré's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico Parkinson the free kick. After a rather tough play, Itacaruaré's Modesto Orlondon got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the match was over Itacaruaré could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Atletico Parkinson throughout the match.
