After 3 played minutes Coghlan Club got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Domingues. In the 7thth minute of the game Cisco Mora who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DAGER F.V.S.'s German Johans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Coghlan Club's goalkeeper Bruno Derwin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dalmacio Ganix. After having played for 10 minutes, Dalmacio Ganix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DAGER F.V.S.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dalmacio Ganix was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Coghlan Club's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Solustiano came free, but Bruno Derwin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Ganix cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Bruno Derwin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Victor Fix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cisco Mora blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without German Johans having to make a save. A collision led to DAGER F.V.S. getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Severo Sansone hit a great ball. DAGER F.V.S.'s German Johans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Fix in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Cisco Mora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Johans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cisco Mora in the 28th minute of play forced DAGER F.V.S.'s goalkeeper German Johans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victor Fix took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised German Johans. German Johans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 36th minute Coghlan Club were awarded a corner. Angelo Mattin went to the cornerflag to take it. 38 minutes into the game, Severo Sansone was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DAGER F.V.S.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coghlan Club the free kick. In the 38th minute, Severo Sansone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. German Johans came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Coghlan Club's Cisco Mora. But to his dismay, Cisco Mora quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 45th minute, Cisco Mora made a precise shot to the right of German Johans. DAGER F.V.S.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernardo Solustiano was the one to do the kick off. Victor Fix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute Cisco Mora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Johans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Fix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. German Johans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Victor Fix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Coghlan Club booed when DAGER F.V.S. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Sansone didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind DAGER F.V.S.'s goalkeeper German Johans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 71 played minutes DAGER F.V.S. got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Jusepe. Martin Timo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Johans having to interfere. Coghlan Club's Luiz Eduardo Domingues shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 79th minute of play. The shot was stopped by German Johans but with some difficulty. Coghlan Club's Cisco Mora was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 82nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 87 minutes into the game, when Eleuterio Abascal put in a rough tackle. After 87 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for DAGER F.V.S.! The referee gave Coghlan Club a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Angelo Mattin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of DAGER F.V.S.'s German Johans. 1-5. With a little luck, DAGER F.V.S.'s German Johans got control of the ball when Victor Fix tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Coghlan Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than DAGER F.V.S. throughout the match.
