Robustiano Ciceron came out of the goal and Leopoldo Sauveur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robustiano Ciceron made an important save on a dangerous shot by Goizeder Neira in the 38th minute. Robustiano Ciceron was a little too slow when Melquiades Navarro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 2-0. 46 minutes into the match, Eustaquio Garoa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amancio Senen. Arbolito AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eustaquio Garoa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leopoldo Sauveur to make the kick off. When Serafin Monte fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barcala FC's protests and gave Serafin Monte a yellow card for diving instead. Serafin Monte kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Hipolito Gerazan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arbolito AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hipolito Gerazan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Although Arbolito AFC had been in control for most of the match, Barcala FC still came away with the win.
