After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Silvano Tipi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clanco's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Tipi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustavo Arnas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gustavo Arnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Tipi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgardo Stephen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Arnas having to interfere. Anastasio Elivareo hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute of the match Carlos Cibran shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anacleto Sandalio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gustavo Arnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Stephen, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After taking down the ball on Clanco's corner Gervasio Oso fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gustavo Arnas quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Serruzuela AFC booed when Clanco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Sagrario didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serruzuela AFC's Gustavo Arnas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Stephen in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Eugenio Sagrario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th match minute, Serruzuela AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amancio Vedillo to maneuver through the defense. If Edgardo Stephen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Serruzuela AFC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Patricio Maju hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patricio Maju stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edgardo Stephen struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Gustavo Arnas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clanco. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvano Tipi got free with Gustavo Arnas in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anacleto Sandalio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Maju in the 63rd minute of play. Amancio Vedillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Sandalio having to interfere. After 66 played minutes Serruzuela AFC got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Claris. If Edgardo Stephen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute of the match Carlos Cibran sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anacleto Sandalio skillfully saved the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Angelino Shepherd notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Clanco's Anacleto Sandalio. Anacleto Sandalio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 92 minutes of play, Serruzuela AFC's Amancio Vedillo made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anacleto Sandalio was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Serruzuela AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
