Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Haroldo Napier took the kick off in the first half of the match. Felix Lain struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Amancio Ekhi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dep Dinam. In the 4th match minute, Dep Dinam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Txurio to maneuver through the defense. La Frontera FC's Severiano Chepe got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Venancio Uzuri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Haroldo Azeari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9thth minute of the game Arsenio Llope who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dep Dinam's Haroldo Azeari was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Venancio Uzuri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Lain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Ekhi having to interfere. Desiderio Niguel hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute Venancio Uzuri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Azeari saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th match minute, Dep Dinam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Sein to maneuver through the defense. Amancio Ekhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Napier in the 23rd minute of play. After 25 minutes, Rigoberto Pacifico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dep Dinam and the La Frontera FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felix Lain in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amancio Ekhi saved La Frontera FC from getting behind. A collision led to Dep Dinam getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Rigoberto Pacifico hit a great ball. Felix Lain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Amancio Ekhi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, La Frontera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Napier came free, but Amancio Ekhi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Haroldo Napier fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dep Dinam's protests and gave Haroldo Napier a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Dep Dinam's Haroldo Napier got a free kick in the 38th minute. Haroldo Azeari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venancio Uzuri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haroldo Napier received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amancio Ekhi came out and tried to block the shot, but Haroldo Napier slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 41st minute. If Haroldo Napier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Arsenio Llope made the kick off in the second half. Arsenio Llope recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arsenio Llope struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Amancio Ekhi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Lain went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Haroldo Napier in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amancio Ekhi saved La Frontera FC from getting behind. Amancio Ekhi came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Dep Dinam's Haroldo Napier. But to his dismay, Haroldo Napier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Felix Lain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Amancio Ekhi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Pedro Enmanuel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rigoberto Pacifico hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. La Frontera FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
