Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Javier Eufrasio made the kick off which started today's match. Benjamin Erruki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Eufrasio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute, Vergara's Uriel Huly seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Uriel Huly the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Vergara protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Uriel Huly had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 5th minute, one of Vergara:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vergara. In the 14th minute, Abelardo Gaztea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Isauro in the 18th minute of play forced Vergara's goalkeeper Feliberto Gabrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cipriano Pirro fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Antares F.C.'s protests and gave Cipriano Pirro a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Deportivo Antares F.C.! Javier Eufrasio shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 26th minute, Abelardo Gaztea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 29th minute, Leonides Miro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the game, Deportivo Antares F.C.'s Gogo Manni nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Feliberto Gabrio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 37 minutes into the match, Deportivo Antares F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Gabon came free, but Benjamin Erruki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliberto Gabrio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Isauro in the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Santikurtz in the 46th minute of play forced Vergara's goalkeeper Feliberto Gabrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

60 minutes into the match, Deportivo Antares F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Dolfo came free, but Benjamin Erruki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abelardo Gaztea scored 1-4 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benjamin Erruki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Feliberto Gabrio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcial Isauro in the 70th minute. After 75 played minutes Vergara got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Conrao. Feliberto Gabrio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Leopoldo Toribio. 78 minutes into the match, Vergara's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Santikurtz came free, but Feliberto Gabrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Augusto Franco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Feliberto Gabrio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Augusto Franco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Feliberto Gabrio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feliberto Gabrio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godofredo Santikurtz, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 87th match minute, Deportivo Antares F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Pirro to maneuver through the defense. Marcial Isauro had several of the Vergara's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 90 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-7 score and a disappointed Feliberto Gabrio as he didn't even see the shot coming. The Deportivo Antares F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
