In the 16th minute of the match Gavino Guillelmus sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albino Donio skillfully saved the ball. Cristobal Indar might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casimiro Handi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristobal Indar ran back to his position shaking his head. Hernan Basualdo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Albino Donio made a huge save. Casimiro Lizer hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Robabici AFC defense, Cristobal Indar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casimiro Handi. The Robabici AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casimiro Handi should have stopped the shot. 30 minutes into the game, Hernan Basualdo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Robabici AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave fe de racing the free kick. Cristobal Indar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Casimiro Handi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bótólfur Bjarmason received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Casimiro Handi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robabici AFC's Casimiro Handi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bótólfur Bjarmason in the 60th minute of play.
