A sloppy throw-in by Virgulino Ferreira in the 32nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Pringles's Silvano Sabino. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabe Gotzon in the 39th minute of play forced Pringles's goalkeeper Aquilino Ermengol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pringles's zone, Cirilo Peruxu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquilino Ermengol came out of the goal and Cirilo Peruxu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aaron Uxio kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Cirilo Peruxu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Capiovy's supporters rose to their feet, but Cirilo Peruxu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquilino Ermengol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Bernabe Gotzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Ermengol having to interfere. Deportivo Capiovy's Trinidad Plummer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Chus in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Capiovy's Armando Solustiano got a free kick in the 65th minute. If Aaron Uxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. Bernabe Gotzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Ermengol having to interfere. After having played for 89 minutes, Bernabe Gotzon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Capiovy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernabe Gotzon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aquilino Ermengol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernabe Gotzon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Bernabe Gotzon got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 96th match minute, Pringles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Katia to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Deportivo Capiovy players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
