In the 3rd match minute, Argentino de Rosario was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Kutsi Bedi to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 4 minutes, Maximiliano Jobo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stellla Artois F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Jobo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hipolito Dolfo kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Homero Simpson had several of the Stellla Artois F.C.'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 8 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Marcos Salvadore as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 13th minute, Paulo Peyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Homero Simpson in the 16th minute of play forced Stellla Artois F.C.'s goalkeeper Marcos Salvadore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Argentino de Rosario's Homero Simpson in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stellla Artois F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. After 20th play minutes Homero Simpson shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Marcos Salvadore and just under the crossbar into goal. Homero Simpson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Stellla Artois F.C. booed when Argentino de Rosario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. 陈阳义 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Homero Simpson in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Salvadore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Homero Simpson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Stellla Artois F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Homero Simpson came free, but Marcos Salvadore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Stellla Artois F.C.'s zone, Homero Simpson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Salvadore came out of the goal and Homero Simpson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Stellla Artois F.C.'s Marcos Salvadore got control of the ball when Homero Simpson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Paulo Peyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Desiderio Mannie kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Vicente Umbruso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stellla Artois F.C.'s Marcos Salvadore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Homero Simpson in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Argentino de Rosario's Vicente Umbruso seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Vicente Umbruso the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Argentino de Rosario protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Vicente Umbruso had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Argentino de Rosario:s Ivan Orlanda showed great skill when he stopped Desiderio Mannie:s penalty. Ivan Orlanda came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Stellla Artois F.C.'s Desiderio Mannie. But to his dismay, Desiderio Mannie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Ahmet Kutsi Bedi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Salvadore didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ignacio Behe went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Ignacio Behe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Salvadore having to interfere. Homero Simpson might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Salvadore. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Homero Simpson ran back to his position shaking his head. Ignacio Behe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Stellla Artois F.C. defense, Homero Simpson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Salvadore. The Stellla Artois F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Salvadore should have stopped the shot. In the 91st minute, Homero Simpson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Salvadore was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 94th minute, Stellla Artois F.C.'s Zacarias Cedro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-2. 98 minutes into the match, Argentino de Rosario's Homero Simpson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcos Salvadore narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Argentino de Rosario players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
