Rosario's Prospero Benvido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Lon in the 6th minute of play. In the 11th minute Ermegildo Frederik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Pero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the game, Casimiro Pacifico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atletico manteca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosario the free kick. 15 minutes into the match, Rosario's goal looked a bit too open when Roque Gasteiz came free, but Prospero Benvido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Roman Lon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Rosario's goal looked a bit too open when Roque Gasteiz came free, but Prospero Benvido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Prospero Benvido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Lon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roman Lon in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Prospero Benvido saved Rosario from getting behind. Prospero Benvido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Lon in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Lon in the 40th minute of play forced Rosario's goalkeeper Prospero Benvido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st match minute, Rosario was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Iraido to maneuver through the defense. In the 42ndth minute of the game Roman Lon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rosario's Prospero Benvido was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 47 minutes, Hermengildo Lidon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rosario and the Atletico manteca players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Atletico manteca booed when Rosario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Lidon didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ricardo Lopes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Atletico manteca's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Lopes came free, but Danilo Pero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roque Gasteiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Prospero Benvido made a huge save. After 65 played minutes Atletico manteca got a freekick which was hit by Zacarias Ciano. In the 69th minute Ermegildo Frederik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Pero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Lon in the 72nd minute of play forced Rosario's goalkeeper Prospero Benvido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Anacleto Crispo made a precise shot to the right of Prospero Benvido. Rosario's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Anacleto Crispo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Benvido having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Roman Lon took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Prospero Benvido to make any attempt to save it. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rosario's goalkeeper Prospero Benvido, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Atletico manteca getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Niceto Urtzi hit a great ball. A hard shot 90 in the game by Roman Lon from a close distance when the talented Prospero Benvido managed to make a qualified save. Rosario's players were relieved. 93 minutes into the match, Atletico manteca's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Lopes came free, but Danilo Pero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Atletico manteca players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Rosario from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
