In the 8th minute, Sámuel Fazekas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hilario Lekubegi. The goal made the score 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Artemio Jaunti could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Hilario Lekubegi however easily saved by the left post. Hilario Lekubegi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Silvanito in the 14th minute of play. Edgardo Silvanito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Lekubegi having to interfere. After 18 minutes, Roman Bastian made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Santa Ana F.C.'s Erubiel Txatxu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Edgardo Silvanito hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Bastian in the 42nd minute of play forced Santa Ana F.C.'s goalkeeper Erubiel Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Sámuel Fazekas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Hilario Lekubegi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erubiel Txatxu came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Ash Ketchum 10's Roman Bastian. But to his dismay, Roman Bastian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Roman Bastian did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Erubiel Txatxu 61 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Roman Bastian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erubiel Txatxu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Roman Bastian took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Erubiel Txatxu to make any attempt to save it. After 78 played minutes Santa Ana F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Demario. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roman Bastian in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erubiel Txatxu saved Santa Ana F.C. from getting behind. Erubiel Txatxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yaqoub Al Mosawe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 86 in the game by Roman Bastian from a close distance when the talented Erubiel Txatxu managed to make a qualified save. Santa Ana F.C.'s players were relieved. In the 87th minute, Yaqoub Al Mosawe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Roman Bastian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ash Ketchum 10's supporters rose to their feet, but Roman Bastian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erubiel Txatxu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Ash Ketchum 10 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Santa Ana F.C. throughout the match.
