The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabriel Jaunzuria got free with Domingos Enmanuel in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flavio Esdras during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Independiente Quijote was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Esdras to maneuver through the defense. Paris Perdikouris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Dimas, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Domingos Enmanuel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidnei Schmidt, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Gabriel Jaunzuria who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Domingos Enmanuel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gabriel Jaunzuria charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gabriel Jaunzuria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd minute, Gabriel Jaunzuria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th play minute Gabriel Jaunzuria came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Domingos Enmanuel. 1-0. Sidnei Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Enmanuel having to interfere. Domingos Enmanuel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidnei Schmidt, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Domingos Enmanuel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Jaunzuria in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Domingos Enmanuel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidnei Schmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the match, Salvador Stroud had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Domingos Enmanuel. SANTA FE F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salvador Stroud was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. SANTA FE F.C.'s Domingos Enmanuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Jaunzuria in the 56th minute of play. Salvador Stroud charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Domingos Enmanuel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidnei Schmidt in the 68th minute of the match. Domingos Enmanuel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidnei Schmidt in the 69th minute of play. Domingos Enmanuel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gabriel Jaunzuria's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Domingos Enmanuel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 84thth minute of the game Sidnei Schmidt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SANTA FE F.C.'s Domingos Enmanuel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paris Perdikouris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SANTA FE F.C.'s Domingos Enmanuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sidnei Schmidt in the 92nd minute of play. In the 95th minute Sidnei Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Enmanuel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Independiente Quijote booed when SANTA FE F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Tome didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SANTA FE F.C.'s zone, Erubiel Larra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingos Enmanuel came out of the goal and Erubiel Larra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Independiente Quijote players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
