Saturnino Francis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Los Acalambrados FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Teofilo Lekubegi hit a great ball. Hernan Galindo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saturnino Francis went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 23 minutes into the match, Los Acalambrados FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Mano came free, but Hernan Galindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Sergio Mano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hernan Galindo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Los Acalambrados FC's Teofilo Lekubegi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Emilio Suarez, made in the 28th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Esteban Ekaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rohan FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteban Ekaitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hernan Galindo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Los Acalambrados FC's Modesto Gonza got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 48th minute, Esteban Ekaitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hernan Galindo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Modesto Gonza to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Rohan FC's Esteban Ekaitz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hernan Galindo. That made the score 1-6 after 74 minutes of play. Evaristo Ekhi hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. The supporters of Los Acalambrados FC booed when Rohan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Ekaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teofilo Lekubegi kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 88th minute of the match, Braulio Criston got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hernan Galindo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The throw-in from Emilio Suarez in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Los Acalambrados FC's Saturnino Javiar. When Modesto Gonza fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Acalambrados FC's protests and gave Modesto Gonza a yellow card for diving instead. Braulio Criston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Hernan Galindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hernan Galindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Ekaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Saturnino Javiar charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saturnino Javiar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rohan FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
