Baltasar Txartiko started the match with the kick off. Efrain Admon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabricio Franco in the 6th minute of the match. After 13 minutes of play, Stampa's Baltasar Txartiko made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Cutberto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jesus Ostargi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juan Cutberto having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baltasar Txartiko got free with Juan Cutberto in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernardo Astigar struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Juan Cutberto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stampa. Efrain Admon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Admon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baltasar Txartiko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cleto Admon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baltasar Txartiko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juan Cutberto having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Sofistas F.C.'s zone, Baltasar Txartiko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Cutberto came out of the goal and Baltasar Txartiko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute, Felix Pio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cleto Admon to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Baltasar Txartiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Cutberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Felix Pio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Astigar in the 63rd minute of play forced Sofistas F.C.'s goalkeeper Juan Cutberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Baltasar Txartiko came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Stampa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baltasar Txartiko couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Txartiko in the 78th minute of play forced Sofistas F.C.'s goalkeeper Juan Cutberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Efrain Admon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Admon in the 82nd minute of play. Fabricio Franco hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Roque Bonifaco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Cutberto having to interfere.
