Fernando Beila took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alejandro Tab. Alejandro Tab dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Tabaquillo getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Fernando Beila hit a great ball. The supporters of Tabaquillo booed when quemero se nace was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Osoitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfonso Gelacio kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Silverio Columbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basilio Osoitz in the 29th minute of the match. Ricardo Arnas hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Vinicio Munio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 32nd minute by Fernando Beila got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 35th minute, Fernando Beila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benedicto Patrido blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alejandro Tab having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Šandor Marangunić managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tabaquillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Šandor Marangunić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejandro Tab breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fernando Beila came free with the goalkeeper in the 42nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alejandro Tab could save by the left post. After 45 played minutes quemero se nace got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Gelacio. 46 minutes into the game Artur de Medeiros kicked a great long shot which passed Alejandro Tab straight ahead into the goal, Result 2-0. One couldn't see Artur de Medeiros behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Basilio Osoitz made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Basilio Osoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alejandro Tab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Beila, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Basilio Osoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Columbo having to interfere. After having played for 59 minutes, Fernando Beila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tabaquillo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernando Beila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, quemero se nace's goal looked a bit too open when Šandor Marangunić came free, but Alejandro Tab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Tabaquillo's goalkeeper Silverio Columbo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafael Senon. After a rather tough play, Tabaquillo's Benedicto Patrido got a free kick in the 67th minute. Vinicio Munio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vinicio Munio scored 3-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alejandro Tab, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Šandor Marangunić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Alejandro Tab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Beila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silverio Columbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Dimas in the 94th minute of the match. Alejandro Tab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Patrido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Tabaquillo were the better team. Tabaquillo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
