Zeledon Isidor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Artemio Henrico's late challenge caught a Gowlan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Artemio Henrico helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Futbolitos de Tigre getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Artemio Henrico hit a great ball. After 46 minutes, Inocencio Batista made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Futbolitos de Tigre's Nunez Bernebe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Inocencio Batista stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elpidio Heli during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
