Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gogo Gagriel kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabricio Jesco in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Mirande prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabricio Jesco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Mirande having to make a save. Mathew FC's Fabricio Jesco got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabricio Jesco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Agrovet's Rolando Mirande got control of the ball when Ulises Leobardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Mathew FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Abar came free, but Ricardo Nel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Norberto Heli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the game, Teofilo Abar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ricardo Nel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Fabricio Jesco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rolando Mirande. That made the score 1-1 in the 41 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabricio Jesco in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Mirande prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabricio Jesco was the one to do the kick off. Alejandro Cordara's late challenge caught a Agrovet's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alejandro Cordara helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Agrovet booed when Mathew FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Cordara didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Aureliano Belasko came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Agrovet fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aureliano Belasko couldn't finish the play. Fabricio Jesco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Rolando Mirande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Agrovet's Teofilo Abar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Rolando Mirande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabricio Jesco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agrovet's Aureliano Belasko shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 70th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ricardo Nel but with some difficulty. 72 minutes into the match, Fabricio Jesco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Mirande. Agrovet's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabricio Jesco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 75th minute, Isidro Florian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agrovet's Aureliano Belasko couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 76th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mathew FC. After some careless play in the Agrovet defense, Fabricio Jesco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Mirande. The Agrovet fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Mirande should have stopped the shot. After 81 played minutes Agrovet got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Quintan. Fabricio Jesco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 83 minutes, Rene Montay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Agrovet and the Mathew FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mathew FC's Roman Mitxel was substituted for Ernesto Loreto. After a rather tough play, Agrovet's Rene Montay got a free kick in the 84th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Agrovet's goal looked a bit too open when Fabricio Jesco came free, but Rolando Mirande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rosendo Figueroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Norberto Heli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mathew FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. After a defensive mix-up in Agrovet's zone, Fabricio Jesco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Mirande came out of the goal and Fabricio Jesco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mathew FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
