Cabal AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niceto Bertol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Venancio Eliazar was extremely unlucky when he, in the 98th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The Cabal AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
