An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Justin in the 5th minute of play forced BARZA's goalkeeper Cayetano Guerrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaime Eneto hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, BARZA's Remigio Quilino got a free kick in the 8th minute. Lázaro Chan scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cayetano Guerrero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15th minute, Cornelio Etxeberri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricardo Grabiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lázaro Chan got free with Cayetano Guerrero in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the game, Szczepan Mockiewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BARZA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave YARARA the free kick. In the 23rd minute, Szczepan Mockiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artemio Loiola hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Rigoberto Chayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Guerrero having to interfere. If Fabian Justin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. BARZA's Cayetano Guerrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Chan in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Baltasar Fidele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ezequiel Lluis struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Cayetano Guerrero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for YARARA. After 42 played minutes BARZA got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Fidele. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Ricardo Grabiel managed to get in a good position for a shot. YARARA's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Grabiel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cayetano Guerrero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cayetano Guerrero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Chayo in the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaime Eneto made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Fabian Justin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The YARARA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Fabian Justin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cayetano Guerrero having to make a save. Cayetano Guerrero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabian Justin went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Cayetano Guerrero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Candido Lastur's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Cayetano Guerrero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Chayo in the 70th minute of the match. When Fabian Justin came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the YARARA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Justin couldn't finish the play. Lázaro Chan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cayetano Guerrero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Rigoberto Chayo scored 4-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cayetano Guerrero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute, Fabian Justin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cayetano Guerrero was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 96th minute, Leopoldo Chale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that YARARA were the better team. YARARA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
