Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Esquel FC's Clemente Aureo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. German Jaume made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Quiroga in the 8th minute of play. Anier Ofelio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but German Jaume made a huge save. If Virgilio Quiroga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Ofelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. German Jaume tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Siro Noe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 21 played minutes Esquel FC got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Ibon. Calfucurá FC's Alberto Viviano got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Esquel FC's zone, Virgilio Quiroga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. German Jaume came out of the goal and Virgilio Quiroga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute of the match Alberto Viviano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but German Jaume skillfully saved the ball. German Jaume didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nereo Sal went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 38 minutes into the match, Calfucurá FC's Virgilio Quiroga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that German Jaume narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nereo Guilabertus kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anier Ofelio got free with German Jaume in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. German Jaume was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Anier Ofelio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anier Ofelio really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Virgilio Quiroga was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Virgilio Quiroga in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg German Jaume saved Esquel FC from getting behind. Jesus Loren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Stanislao having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Calfucurá FC's Camilo Pabla got a free kick in the 56th minute. A collision led to Esquel FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Nereo Guilabertus hit a great ball. Esquel FC's German Jaume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Ofelio in the 59th minute of play. Siro Noe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Virgilio Quiroga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Jaume having to interfere. German Jaume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilio Quiroga, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Anier Ofelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. German Jaume tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. German Jaume showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Quiroga in the 72nd minute of the match. 80 minutes into the game, Calfucurá FC's Anier Ofelio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. German Jaume made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0.
